ASSAM RIFLES COLLABORATION WITH LOCAL POPULACE CARRY OUT A CLEANLINESS DRIVE AT HERAKA TEMPLE IN TENING VILLAGE PEREN DISTRICT, NAGALAND

Assam Rifles under the aegis of Spear Corps in collaboration of local populace carried out cleanliness drive at Heraka Temple in Tening village Peren District Nagaland on 21 Sep 2022.

With an aim to develop and strengthen relationship with civil population, through close interaction while promoting "Dignity of Labour and Community Work" the cleanliness drive was organised at Heraka Temple in Tening village. Security Forces and local youth worked jointly to clean the premise of HerakaTemple.The security forces raised awareness on the importance of hygiene and cleanliness for maintaining individual as well as community health, among the villagers.
