Indian Army Organises Painting Competition for Raising Awareness About Child Education at Banihal, Ramban
Indian Army conducted a Painting Competition at Govt High School Bordhar, Banihal with an aim to encourage children's education. A total of 26 students comprising of 14 girls and 12 boys participated in the competition. The enthusiasm and creativity of the children added to the charm of the event. Winners and runners up were felicitated with medals. A total of five girls and one boy stood winners in three different categories of the competition. At the end the students thanked the Indian Army for the competition and promised to strive for greater heights in their education. The conduct of such events festers a spirit of solidarity and strengthen the relationship between Awam and the Indian Army.
