Indian Army Organises Tree Plantation Drive in Remote Areas of Kishtwar District

In order to raise global awareness about the significance of a healthy environment and to address the global warming issues by implementing actions to protect the nature and Earth, Indian Army, Marwah Forest Division and Jai Prakash Associates Limited undertook a “Tree Plantation Drive” with enthusiasm and joy at remote areas of Kishtwar district under CAMPA Scheme of Pakal, Dul Hydro Electricity project 2022-23. A total of 300 saplings of various categories including fruits and herbs were planted in joint efforts by Indian Army, Marwah Forest Division and employees of Jai Prakash Associates Limited. The efforts made by the Indian Army were appreciated by the Awam for generating awareness towards keeping the environment green, clean, safe and healthy.
