Assam Rifles Provided Sanitary Ware With Accessories to Vilage Community Centre of Village Pang, Noklak District, Nagaland

The Kiphire Battalion of Assam provided sanitary ware alongwith accessories to Pang village Council authorities on 21 Jan 2023 in order to encourage Swachha Bharat Abhiyan.

Pang village authorities had approached COB Thongsonyu of Kiphire Battalion for providing the assistance. Villagers were facing trouble due to non availability of toilet block facility in their Village Community Centre. Battalion immediately responded to their call by providing toilet commode sheet with necessary accessories to ensure high standard of hygiene.Village Council Members rendered a letter of gratitude to Kiphire Battalion of Assam Rifles for this assistance which will assist them to achieve their goal of making Pang village a open defecation free village.
