Assam Rifles Conducted Art of Living Capsule for Troops at BN HQ Changlang, Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh

Changlang Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North)  conducted a one week art of living capsule for troops of Assam Rifles as part of ‘ART OF LIVING’ initiative by MHA at Bn HQ,Changlang, Changlang Dist,  Arunachal Pradesh on 12 - 18 Feb 2023.

This one week capsule was aimed to spread awareness and practice aerobic breathing techniques & new yoga techniques to maintain stress free environment in armed forces. Troops were also briefed on necessity to incorporate yoga in their daily routine to reduce the effect of lifestyle diseases and other physical ailments.
