Assam Rifles Extends Support to Kharasom CV Village

Somsai Battalion Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) assisted Kharasom CV village by providing water as the village was facing acute water shortage.

The village authorities & youth of Kharasom CV village requested the Kharasom post of Assam Rifle for assistance as the entire village was facing acute shortage of water. The Assam Rifle post immediately assisted by providing approx 4000 litres of water to entire village.

The people of Kharasom CV village appreciated the efforts of Assam Rifles for providing water supply during extreme requirement and proving once again as true friends of North East people.
