Assam Rifles Extricate Accidental Vehicle at Near Old Jalukie Peren District of Nagaland

Jalukie Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) extended a helping hand in extricating a vehicle which met with an accident at near Old Jalukie Upper, Peren District, Nagaland on 18 Feb 2023.

The Maruti Alto vehicle of the person was on its way to Peren Town from Jalukie. The vehicle veered off the road and skid towards a steep trough near Old Jalukie Upper. After looking at the condition of accidented vehicle, the ADP column of Jalukie Battalion which was on the way from New Peren to Peren Town, extended their help and pressed into service to rescue the vehicle. The column inspected the accident site and carefully extricated the vehicle without any further damage.
