Veterans Rally at Naya Raipur Military Station

Ex-servicemen (ESM) Rally was organised on 24 Feb 2023 at Military Station, Naya Raipur. The aim of the event was to spread awareness among the Ex-servicemen on the latest policies affecting the pensionary entitlement, benefits and other Government schemes for their welfare as well as attend to their grievances.

The rally was organised by HQ Chhattisgarh and Odisha Sub Area in coordination with the Rajya Sainik Board, Chhattisgarh.  A large number of Ex-servicemen including Next of Kin of Word War-II Veterans, Veer Naris and Widows attended the Rally. The Next of Kin of World War Veterans and Veer Naris were felicitated on the occasion. The gathering was given an opportunity to interact with the Rajya Sainik Board, officials from Defence Pension establishments to resolve issues, kiosks of banks as well as empanelled hospitals were established to address medical issues as well as informal interaction by the serving fraternity on varied issues was done.
