Loktak Battalion Organised Unity Cycle Rally

Loktak Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South), Assam Rifles organised “Unity Cycle Rally” in collaboration with local youth clubs of Churachandpur and Bishnupur District (Manipur) on 25 February 2023.

The cycle rally from Kangvai  to Sendra was flagged off by Commandant of Loktak Battalion. The rally was aimed at spreading the message of unity and peace in the environment and society. The rally was flagged off in the presence of locals, officers and Jawans of the Battalion.

 A total of 48 cyclists comprising of 43 local youth, 02 Serving Officers and 03 Other Ranks of Assam Rifles participated in the event showing the spirit of national integrity and their patriotism towards the Nation. Such events have been orgainsed time to time to promote mutual cooperation and coordination and social unity among the people and to have a cordial bonding and relationship.
