Assam Rifles Organised Skill Development Workshop 

Longding Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR(North) commenced a month long ‘Skill Development Training for 12 Surrendered Cadres’  in the field of ‘Electrician, Carpentry & Plumbing’ under Assam Rifles Civic Action Programme 2022-23 at Longding, Arunachal Pradesh on 23 Feb 2023.

The aim of organising workshop training is to impart skill training to surrendered UG cadres  in fields of Electrician, Carpentry and Plumbing to gain self employment. The training will be conducted for 30 days. Total 12 individuals are attending the vocational training. They expressed their profound gratitude towards Assam Rifles for undertaking such valuable project for the public for welfare of locals.
