Assam Rifles Conducts Security Coordination Meet

Khuga Battalion under the aegis of HQ IGAR(South) organised a Security Coordination Meet at H Khunou and  Singhat villages, Churachandpur district on 28 Feb 23. 

The meet witnessed a healthy participation of village authorities including the Village Chiefs. The said meet provided a platform to all concerned for brainstorming various security issues prevailjng jn the Area and career and growth prospects for the locals.  The need to insulate youth from drug menace was also adequately discussed in the said meet and equally well recieved by the attendees.

During the meet locals were sensitised and updated on current security situation existing in the area and were encouraged to align their efforts towards a common goal of peace and prosperity in the region. A total of 25 villagers attended the said meet, attendees expressed their solidarity to fight the odds for keeping the area peacefull and safe.
