Indian Army Conducts Lecture on Drug Abuse ‘Say No to Drugs’ at Kasbalari, Poonch

Drug abuse is a social menace which affects the lives of all sections of the society, irrespective of age, gender, economic status. To create awareness against drug addiction, a lecture was conducted by Indian Army at Government High School, Kasbalari, Poonch District. The lecture emphasised on the harmful effects of drug abuse and its repercussions on family, friends and community as a whole. The event was attended by people from all walks of the society especially youth, who appreciated the Indian Army’s efforts towards quelling the rising problem of drug abuse in the region. A total of 86 Students and 06 Teachers attended the event.
