Assam Rifles Interacts With Meira Paibi

Loktak Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South), Assam Rifles Interacted with Meira Paibi a women social welfare Association of the Moirang area, District-Bishnupur (Manipur) on 05 March 2023.

The interaction was aimed at promoting good relations and bonhomie amongst the Assam Rifles and local populace especially existing women organisations. The event was attended by maximum Meira Paibi members of Sendra and Thanga area of Bishnupur district. The meeting was chaired by Company Commander, Sendra Company Operating Base.

The meeting enabled a free and willing interaction between Assam Rifles and Meira Paibi Members wherein a healthy discussion took place with respect to overall benefit and betterment of the society. The gathering appreciated the efforts and cordial assistance rendered by Assam Rifles in maintaining peace and tranquility in the area.
