Visit of Japan Naval Ship to Kochi

Japan Maritime Self Defence Force (JMSDF) Ship Suzutsuki made port call at Kochi from 09 -10 March 23. The ship was accorded a warm reception with fanfare by Southern Naval Command band. During the ship's port call, professional interactions and visits to various training schools were undertaken.

Presently, the ship is on her return passage to Japan, post completing Anti-Piracy Mission in Gulf of Aden. The visit of Japanese Naval Ship has further strengthened the bilateral engagements between the two Navies.
