Assam Rifles Pays Tribute to Braveheart

Sajik Tampak Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquater Inspector General Assam Rifles (South) conducts Wreath Laying Ceremony for Rifleman (Late) Gajbir Pun and Rifleman (Late) Gangabir Thapa who gave the supreme sacrifice on 11 March 1962 and 11 March 1069 respectively while battling the insurgents at Nagaland. Strength of 05 Officers, 13 JCO and 50 OR were present at the Wreath Laying ceremony.
