Assam Rifles Celebrated International Women’s Day and Conducts Women's Volleyball Tournament 

Dimapur Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (North) conducted a Volleybal tournament at Doyapur ground, Nagaland on 09 March 2023 on the occasion of International Women's day.

The aim of the match was to motivate the girls/women's in the field of sports to build up higher level of confidence, self esteem, excercise high state of well being, pursuit of excellence in performance and bringing new strenth in society. Four women Volleyball teams from Doyapur (A&B), Daffodils and Shitovi Village were participating in the tournament.

 A total of 150 women's incl 42 players were present during the tournament.
