Assam Rifles Conducts Medical Camp in Chandel, Manipur

Modi Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) organised Medical Camp at Mosang Pantha village, Chandel District, Manipur on 12 March 2023.

The medical camp was organised by Assam Rifles to provide free medical check-up and treatment to the residents of Mosang Pantha and nearby villages of Chandel Dist, Manipur.

The medical camp encompassed an array of services including free check-up and distribution of essential medicines. The camp was conducted by Chief Medical Officer of Modi Battalion. The local population was grateful to Assam Rifles for the noble service. Post completion of medical camp, essential items were distributed to the villagers.

 A total of 136 patients were examined, treated and further referred for various ailments.
