Assam Rifles Constructs Rain Water Harvesting & Supply Scheme  at Nyanhu Vill, Mon Dist Nagaland 

Mon battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) constructed Rain Water Harvesting and Supply Scheme at Nyanhu vill of Mon district,Nagaland to foster ‘Rain Water Conservation’ in the border village on 15 Mar 2023.

The scheme will help in saving of precious rain water which otherwise was being drained causing soil erosion. The completed project was handed over to the village authorities on 15 Mar 2023. This genuine initiative of Assam Rifles has found immense appreciation among the villagers and heartfelt gratitude was expressed by the populace.
