Assam Rifles Organised Friendly Volleyball Match

Churachandpur Bn under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) standing firm to it's credo of "Friends of the North East" organised a motivational lecture & friendly Volleyball match with youth of Aina village, Churachandpur District under the theme ”ADOPT SPORTS AS LIFESTYLE TO CURB DRUG ADDICTION“ at Aina Village, Churachandpur District, Manipur on 16 March 2023.

The lecture & volleyball game was aimed at promoting sports as a tool to fight drug addiction amongst the youth. The event was organised to build harmony and understanding between the youths and the security forces. The game was also used as a platform for talent hunt in the field of sports for recruitment in Armed forces. Youth from Aina, K Launmual & Leitan village participated in the event.

The authorities and youth expressed their gratitude to the security forces for conducting such fruitful event at their premises.
