Assam Rifles Distributes Solar Lamps Sponsored by Sunbird Trust

Mantripukhri Battalion under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) distributed Solar Lamps sponsored by SUNBIRD TRUST at Vill Shinam Kom of Imphal East District, Manipur on 17 Mar 2023.

A total of 72 solar lamps were distributed to the villagers of Vill Shinam Kom to strengthen the bond with local populace. The village chief and village members expressed their gratitude towards Assam Rifles for such welfare initiatives and assured a strengthened bond between the civil populace and the Assam Rifles towards restoring peace and harmony in the region.
