Loktak Battalion Conducted Motivational Lecture for Students to Guide Them About Better Career Prospectives

It has always been an endeavor of security forces to help the local students from remote areas to fulfill their ambitions. In view of above, Loktak Battalion of HQ IGAR (South) organised “Motivational Lecture at Govt High School Phubakchao, District-Bishnupur (Manipur)” for the students to guide them about various entries in Indian Armed Forces and Central Armed Police Forces on 27 Apr 2023.

Loktak battalion took this opportunity as an initiative to gather around 45 students and 10 teaching staff for the motivational lecture. The basic aim of this lecture was to impart knowledge on career prospects and recruitment procedure to join Indian Army through Technical Entry Scheme (TES), Agniveer and Central Armed Police Forces, other government and semi government sectors. Battalion assured all students for all kind of assistance including free registration, theoretical classes, training of computer skills, physical training and communication skills.

The initiative was well received by the students and teaching staff who appreciated the efforts of Loktak battalion in reinforcing their motto of being the “Sentinels of North East”.
