NSTL to Organise Science & Technology Competition on the Occasion of National Technology Day

As part of National Technology Day celebrations on 11 May 23, Naval Science & Technological Laboratory (NSTL), the premiere naval research laboratory of DRDO, Visakhapatnam is organising Science & Technology Competition for students with a theme ‘Integrated approach in Science & Technology for Sustainable Future’. As a run-up to the National Technology Day, NSTL is also organising an Open House (Exhibition / Display of NSTL Products) and Multimedia Presentation of NSTL Technologies on 09-10 May for college and high school (Class IX & X) students.  

Educational institutes are requested to depute students to participate in the open house and the competition. During open house, students would be permitted to witness the display of exhibits of weapons/systems being developed by NSTL for the Indian Navy. A Multi-media presentation of NSTL developed technologies will be screened during the visit.

Relevant models/ exhibits on the theme ‘Integrated Approach in Science & Technology for Sustainable Future’ may please be forwarded along with an abstract by students duly approved by the Principal of School/College to NSTL. Prizes and certificates will be awarded for the best models/ exhibits. Best models/ exhibits will be displayed in the open house exhibition.
