Assam Rifles Conducted Art of Living Course

Sajik Tampak and Shelon Battalion under the aegis of Headquarter Inspector General Assam Rifles(South) conducted  Five days of stress  management course for troops of Assam Rifles as a part of 'Art of Living' initiative by Ministry of Home Affairs from 24 April 2023 to 28 April 2023 at Sajik Tampak and Shelon, Chandel District, Manipur.

The programme was well received by 80 personnel of the Battalions. The personnel have immensely benefitted from the course not only mentally but also physically .The course has also given the individuals mental peace, happiness and positive attitude towards the life that will go a long way in achieving inner peace and good health.
