Awareness Talk on Women Empowerment Organised at Sankari, Rajouri

Indian Army has made sustained efforts towards the empowerment of women in the remote areas of Rajouri District through various means, which is showing positive results. An informative lecture was organised at Govt Girls Higher Secondary School, Sankari, Rajouri District. The lecture was focused to create awareness amongst the local womenfolk about various women-oriented Government schemes.  The vibrant young attendees also exhibited keenness to join the Armed Forces after learning about the different entries now available to them. The gathering appreciated the relentless efforts of Indian Army to uplift the social status of women in the region and channelize Nari Shakti for social reforms and development of the Nation.
