Assam Rifles Organised Security Coordination Meet With Gaon Buras and Gram Panchayat Memebers  of Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh

Assam Rifles Bn under the aegis of HQ IGAR (N) organized Security Meet with GBs and GPM of Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh on 12 May 2023. The meeting was organised with an aim to sensitize the Village GBs and GPM on prevailing security situation in present environment and also to enhance the co-operation & synergy between Assam Rifles and local populace. The meeting provided a platform to discuss various issues like increase insurgent activities, extortion activities and requirements/ assistance from Assam Rifles for upliftment of local populace. The meeting was attended by 14 GBs, 05 GPCs and 07 GPMs from 19 villages of Changlang District. The GBs, GPCs & GPMs highly appreciated the effort undertaken by the Assam Rifles and requested to organise more such interactions at frequent interval.
