Assam Rifles Organises Friendly Volleyball Match at Heningkunglwa, Peren Dist, Nagaland

Assam Rifles Battalion under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) standing firm to it's credo of "Friends of the Hill People" organised a friendly Volleyball match with Punglwa  Youth Club under the theme “Khelo India Initiative“ at Hening kunglwa village, Peren dist on 13 My 2023. The sports meet aimed at promoting sports as a tool to bring upliftment among the youth. The youth were also made aware how sports can be used for personal transformation and character building. The meet also aimed at promoting sportsmanship and providing a platform for talent hunt in the sports field for recruitment in Armed forces. The Youth Club and players expressed their gratitude to the security forces for conducting such fruitful events.
