Assam Rifles Conducted a Medical Camp for People Displaced From Imphal Valley at Hengbung

Continuing with efforts towards assistance to displaced locals, Assam Rifles conducted a medical camp on 20 May 2023 at Hengbung for people displaced from Imphal Valley due to the recent ethnic turmoil in the state. 

The internally displaced people living in the relief camps were provided with medicine and preventive & curative treatment by the medical team. Check-up of over 300 people including those residing at relief camps was carried out. The beneficiaries and CSOs of the area expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards Assam Rifles for attending to medical needs in such hours of crisis.
