Assam Rifles Organises a Lecture on National Anti Terrorism Day in Hedman Village, Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh

A lecture on the occasion of National Anti Terrorism day for locals was organised in Hedman village, Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh. A total of 36 locals attended the same on 22 May 23.

They were briefed regarding various ways in which they can assist security forces of India in maintaining peace and harmony. They were also explained regarding ill effects of insurgency and how it has proven to be a major obstacle in development of the area. During conduct of lecture, the youth were also motivated to join various feeder institutes like RIMC, Sainik School so that the upcoming generation can be groomed at an early age and can be part of various armed forces organisations. The event was culminated with a friendly volleyball match followed by lunch.
