Indian Army Conducted Lecture on Women Empowerment at Government Higher Secondary School Assar, Doda         

Indian Army conducted an event aimed to uplift and empower women in every sphere of life. The event was conducted at Government Higher Secondary School, Assar. The event was attended from various walks of life, including students, professionals and homemakers.  The attendees participated in sessions on self-defence techniques, health and wellness, career advancement and entrepreneurship. There were also panel discussion on women’s rights and gender equality. A total of 140 students including 60 girls students 06 teachers, 10 local women and 02 professional women attended the event.  Indian Army conduct such events regularly to empower women and provide them with a platform for personal and professional growth. The event aims to create more opportunities for women in the Indian Army and other sectors, and to promote a culture of gender equality and inclusion. It will help to create a platform for women to discuss and learn about issues that affect their daily lives and to provide them with the tools they need to succeed. The event was a great success, with attendees expressing appreciation for the opportunity to learn and network with other women. Indian Army plans to continue such events in the future to promote gender equality and women empowerment in India.
