Indian Coast Guard Conducts Bike Rally at Gandhinagar

Indian Coast Guard Regional Headquarters (North West) conducted a motorcyclerally at Gandhinagar on 15 August 2023 on the occasion of 77^th Independence Day. The rally was aimed at invigorating the feeling of patriotism among the fellow countrymen along with encouraging widespread hoisting of the National Flag.

The rally was flagged off by the former Director General of Indian Coast Guard, Director General (Dr.) P Paleri, PTM, TM (Retd) from UdhyogBhavan, Gandhinagar where the Headquarters Coast Guard Region (NW) is located. Inspector General AK Harbola, TM, Commander Coast Guard Region (NW) himself led the rally in which ICG personneltransited through the city and surrounding areas of Gandhinagar, proudly flying the National Flag. The bike rally saw loud cheer from local populace and passerby enroute. The rally was part of series of events being conducted by ICG to celebrate the 77^th Independence Day of India.
