Security Forces Distribute Sanitary Pad Vending Machine & Incinerator & Organised Friendly Volleyball Match &  In Thoubal & Ukhrul Distts

Security Forces under IGAR (S) distributed Sanitary Pad Vending Machine & Incinerator for promotion of women’s health and hygiene in remote villages Mongkot Chepu, Lamlai Chingphei & Jalenbung  in Ukhrul District, Manipur under Security Forces Civic Action Programme.

In response to the urgent needs of the village women who have been experiencing lack of basic amenities, an initiative was undertaken to set up the much-needed Sanitary Pad Vending Machine & Incinerator. Dedicated efforts to improve the living standards of the people of Mongkot Chepu, Lamlai Chingphei & Jalenbung villages of Ukhrul District are in progress.

In Thoubal, Security Forces organised a friendly volleyball match at Lilong on 09 November 2023 to boost the bonhomie between locals and Security Forces through Sportsmanship. The match was played between Security Forces & Members of Hangamthabhi Youth Club (HYC), Thoubal, Manipur.

The event witnessed tremendous enthusiasm and cheering for both the teams finally culminating into Security Forces team winning the match by 2-1 sets.
