Red Shield Division Organises Children's Day Events In Assam

Red Shield Division of the Indian Army commemorated the Children's Day-2023 with a series of engaging and educational events aimed at fostering the holistic development of the young minds in the community.

Lekhapani Battalion organised multifarious events at various schools across all COBs of Upper Assam and Chariduar to set a vibrant tone for the day's festivities. Essay Writing, Debate and Painting Competitions were organised to enhance the students' artistic skills and imagination. Subjects ranged from Environmental Conservation to Basic First Aid, instilling a sense of responsibility and awareness among the future leaders of the community. To encourage creativity and artistic expression, a Drawing and Painting Competition was also conducted at Assam Rifles Public School, Chariduar.

The Children's Day celebration organized by the Lekhapani Battalion of Assam Rifles not only provided a day of joy and entertainment but also left a lasting impact on the young minds, inspiring them to aspire for a brighter and more promising future.
