Computer Training Centre For Skill Development Inaugurated By Army Of At Taphou Naga, Senapati District, Manipur
In its endeavour to impart knowledge on information technology and computer to the youth and students of Taphou Naga area and prepare them for predominant Information Technology era, Red Shield Division of Indian Army opened Computer Training Centre at Taphou Naga. The Computer Training Centre included high end Five Desktop Computers alongwith UPS, printer and required seating arrangements including chairs & tables for the trainees.
The facility was created as part of overall efforts by Indian Army for empowerment of youth and students under Operation Sadbhavana.
The ceremony was attended by Commander Senapati Brigade and school management committee, civil administration and students and village elders, who expressed their happiness on creation of such training facility within easy reach of the youth of the area and appreciated the efforts taken by Indian Army, in spreading computer literacy which is a key to success in today's India and the world.
